The 8th Grade Haase ladies opened the one day tournament against a tough Tartan team. 8th Grade - Haase has seen Tartan twice already this season coming away with 1 victory and one loss. As a result the coaches knew it was a good time to give Tartan a new look and implement their newly modified 2-1-2 full court press. The press worked, creating some great scoring opportunities and gaining the W against Tartan! 

The second game of the day the Haase Ladies ran into a hot shooting Big Lake team leading to their only loss of the day..

The last game of the day matched 8th Grade Haase up with the host team Fridley. Once again the Stillwater ladies ran their 2-1-2 press against them to start the game and it proved to be unbreakable resulting in a dominate first half for Stillwater and a 25-4 lead at the break. The ladies finished the second half strong running away with the win and a 2nd Place Finish in the tournament.
